Pizza Crust
Simple Pizza Dough - Can be used fresh or frozen for later use.

Servings: 2 thin to mid crusts
- 1 cup water
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp bread machine yeast active dry yeast can also be used but must be bloomed before adding to bread machine
- 3 cups flour
Add all ingredients into the bread machine pan in this order: water, olive oil, salt, flour, yeast (make a little well in the flour to hold the yeast)
Use the "DOUGH" setting on your machine and then press "START"
Place dough on a lightly floured surface
Let rest on the counter for 10 minutes, cover to prevent from drying out
Cut dough in half and shape into 2 balls
At this stage, you can roll out crust for immediate use or place in oiled bags to be kept in freezer until ready to use
Preheat oven to 425℉
Roll out dough to desired crust thickness and add toppings of choice
Bake for 15-20 minutes, the thicker the crust the longer the bake time
Slice and enjoy!
