Creamy Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients

  • 32 oz thawed hashbrowns
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350℉
  • Combine all ingredients except for 1 cup of shredded cheese
  • Use oil or butter to grease a 9x13 baking dish
  • Pour casserole mixture into backing dish
  • Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of mixture in the dish
  • Bake for 45-55 minutes, until cheese is golden and melted
