Creamy Hashbrown Casserole

- 32 oz thawed hashbrowns
- ½ cup melted butter
- 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
- 16 oz sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Preheat oven to 350℉
Combine all ingredients except for 1 cup of shredded cheese
Use oil or butter to grease a 9x13 baking dish
Pour casserole mixture into backing dish
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of mixture in the dish
Bake for 45-55 minutes, until cheese is golden and melted
