Make sure kneading attachment is placed in the baking pan
Add water, sugar, coconut oil, salt, and flour into the baking pan in that exact order
Make an indentation in the top for the yeast
Add yeast to the indented space
Close lid and select the "DOUGH" setting
Press "START"
Once dough cycle is complete, remove dough from the baking pan onto a lightly floured surface. Make sure the kneading attachment is not hidden in the dough
Flatten the dough with your hands, removing as many air bubbles as possible
Roll the dough into a loaf shape, making sure the ends are tucked under
Grease a bread loaf pan or line it with parchment paper
Gently place the dough into the bread pan
Proof dough for at least 30 minutes or until doubled in size. Some ovens have a proof setting which works great. You can also place the dough in the oven with just the light on to create a warm safe place for the dough to rise.
Preheat oven to 350℉
Bake for 30 minutes
